Yes, the S&Q mode supports high-speed Full HD recording up to 120p. The resulting footage is up to 5 times slower.

You can stream with this camera with different options: using the dedicated Imaging Edge Webcam software (Free) or directly plugging the camera to your PC or Xperia phone (Xperia 1 or 5 II or later) via USB cable.
